i-⁠Chat (i-chat.eu, with its panel at hq.i-chat.eu) is provided by Igor Gerweck, sole proprietor, Pulvermühlenweg 7, 34125 Kassel, Германия (“we”). Contact: support@i-chat.eu. The provider’s full details are in the Legal Notice.

You can use i-⁠Chat as a business or as a private person. You must be at least 18 years old.

When you sign up, you tell us whether you use i-⁠Chat for your trade, business or profession (sole traders, freelancers and companies included). If you do, you are a business customer; otherwise you are a consumer. A few rules below differ between the two: only consumers have the right of withdrawal, and consumers keep the protection that the law of their own country gives them.

В WhatsApp вы отправляете маркетинговые сообщения только тем, кто согласился их получать, и соблюдаете их отказ от таких сообщений. i-⁠Chat может ограничивать скорость отправки, приостанавливать или отключать автоматизации, создающие риски с точки зрения соблюдения требований, злоупотреблений, безопасности или доставляемости сообщений.

Сообщения и контактные данные людей, которые вам пишут, принадлежат вам: вы являетесь их контролёром, а мы обрабатываем их только для предоставления вам i-⁠Chat и по вашим указаниям. Мы обеспечиваем их конфиденциальность и безопасность, привлекаем только те категории поставщиков услуг, которые перечислены в Политике конфиденциальности, и помогаем вам отвечать на запросы ваших клиентов, касающиеся их данных. Данные остаются под вашим контролем: мы никогда не используем их ни для чего другого и, за исключением технических записей, сроки которых указаны в Политике конфиденциальности, никогда не удаляем их по собственной инициативе. Вы удаляете их или весь свой аккаунт, когда сочтёте нужным.

Each connected channel is a subscription of its own: every Instagram account, WhatsApp number and Threads profile has its own monthly price. From the third channel on, each further channel costs less. The current prices and discounts are on the pricing page, and you see the exact amount, including any VAT, before you subscribe.

• Free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. To start it, you add a payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly payment is then charged automatically; we tell you this before you start. The trial is available once per person: if you cancel and subscribe again later, the first payment is charged straight away.
• Monthly payment. A subscription renews every month and is paid in advance for that month. There is no minimum term.
• If a payment fails, your account stays open. You can still sign in and see everything you set up, but i-⁠Chat stops sending messages on your channels until the payment goes through.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account: Settings → Subscription. It stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• You can delete your account and all its data at any time: Settings → Delete account. This also ends all its subscriptions.
• If an account has no active subscription and nobody has signed in to it for 12 months, we delete it with all its data. We email you 30 days and again 7 days before; signing in once keeps the account.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the platform rules above. Unless an immediate stop is needed to prevent harm, we warn you by email first.

Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you sign up, the first day of the free trial.

To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract” in your account settings, or tell us by email at support@i-chat.eu or by post at Pulvermühlenweg 7, 34125 Kassel, Германия. A clear statement is enough. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.

Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments we received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you. If you asked us to start the paid service before the 14 days ended (you do this with a tick box when you subscribe), you pay an amount in proportion to the paid days you used until you told us of your withdrawal. Days of the free trial are never charged.

i-⁠Chat зависит от сторонних платформ и поставщиков, в том числе от Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), нашего хостинг-провайдера и нашего провайдера электронной почты. Мы стремимся обеспечивать надёжную работу сервиса, но бесперебойная доступность не гарантируется.

i-⁠Chat подключается к Instagram, WhatsApp и Threads через официальные API Meta. Сопровождение под ключ, рабочие процессы для агентств, аналитика и отчёты могут предлагаться как отдельные платные функции.

• Плату за сообщения WhatsApp Meta взимает напрямую через способ оплаты, который вы добавляете в настройках самой Meta.
• ИИ-ответы работают через ИИ-провайдера, которого вы подключаете своим ключом, на условиях вашего собственного договора с этим провайдером.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, and where we gave a guarantee.

For simple negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation, meaning one that makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, such as running the service and keeping your data safe. Even then, we are liable only for the typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was made; lost profit and indirect loss are covered only within that limit.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions or account blocks caused by Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads) or other platforms, which are outside our control. These limits also protect our staff and the people we work with.

If we make important changes to these terms, we email you the new version at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel your subscription before then at no cost.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is established (see the Legal Notice), excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country.

If you are a business customer, the courts at the provider’s place of business have jurisdiction, as far as the law allows.
