i-⁠Chat (i-chat.eu, with its panel at hq.i-chat.eu) is provided by Igor Gerweck, sole proprietor, Pulvermühlenweg 7, 34125 Kassel, Γερμανία (“we”). Contact: support@i-chat.eu. The provider’s full details are in the Legal Notice.

You can use i-⁠Chat as a business or as a private person. You must be at least 18 years old.

When you sign up, you tell us whether you use i-⁠Chat for your trade, business or profession (sole traders, freelancers and companies included). If you do, you are a business customer; otherwise you are a consumer. A few rules below differ between the two: only consumers have the right of withdrawal, and consumers keep the protection that the law of their own country gives them.

Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιείτε το i-⁠Chat μόνο με επαγγελματικούς λογαριασμούς Instagram, λογαριασμούς WhatsApp Business και προφίλ Threads που ανήκουν σε εσάς ή που είστε εξουσιοδοτημένοι να διαχειρίζεστε. Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τις αυτόματες απαντήσεις, τους αυτοματισμούς, τις μαζικές αποστολές, τις λέξεις-κλειδιά, τους συνδέσμους και τα μηνύματα που ρυθμίζετε.

Συμφωνείτε να τηρείτε τους Όρους της Πλατφόρμας Meta (Meta Platform Terms), τις πολιτικές του Instagram και του Threads, την Πολιτική Μηνυμάτων του WhatsApp Business, τους ισχύοντες κανόνες μηνυμάτων, τους νόμους περί προστασίας της ιδιωτικής ζωής, τους κανόνες διαφήμισης και τους νόμους κατά του spam. Στο WhatsApp στέλνετε μηνύματα μάρκετινγκ μόνο σε άτομα που συμφώνησαν να τα λαμβάνουν και σέβεστε την απεγγραφή τους. Το i-⁠Chat μπορεί να περιορίζει τον ρυθμό αποστολής, να θέτει σε παύση ή να απενεργοποιεί αυτοματισμούς που δημιουργούν κινδύνους συμμόρφωσης, κατάχρησης, ασφάλειας ή παράδοσης των μηνυμάτων.

Τα μηνύματα και τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας των ατόμων που σας γράφουν ανήκουν σε εσάς: είστε ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας τους, και εμείς τα επεξεργαζόμαστε μόνο για να σας παρέχουμε το i-⁠Chat, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες σας. Διασφαλίζουμε την εμπιστευτικότητα και την ασφάλειά τους, χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο τις κατηγορίες παρόχων υπηρεσιών που αναφέρονται στην Πολιτική απορρήτου και σας βοηθάμε να απαντάτε στα αιτήματα των πελατών σας σχετικά με τα δεδομένα τους. Τα δεδομένα παραμένουν υπό τον έλεγχό σας: δεν τα χρησιμοποιούμε ποτέ για κάτι άλλο και, εκτός από τις τεχνικές καταγραφές, των οποίων τα διαστήματα διατήρησης αναφέρονται στην Πολιτική απορρήτου, δεν τα διαγράφουμε ποτέ με δική μας πρωτοβουλία. Εσείς διαγράφετε τα δεδομένα αυτά ή ολόκληρο τον λογαριασμό σας όποτε το επιλέξετε.

Each connected channel is a subscription of its own: every Instagram account, WhatsApp number and Threads profile has its own monthly price. From the third channel on, each further channel costs less. The current prices and discounts are on the pricing page, and you see the exact amount, including any VAT, before you subscribe.

• Free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. To start it, you add a payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly payment is then charged automatically; we tell you this before you start. The trial is available once per person: if you cancel and subscribe again later, the first payment is charged straight away.
• Monthly payment. A subscription renews every month and is paid in advance for that month. There is no minimum term.
• If a payment fails, your account stays open. You can still sign in and see everything you set up, but i-⁠Chat stops sending messages on your channels until the payment goes through.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account: Settings → Subscription. It stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• You can delete your account and all its data at any time: Settings → Delete account. This also ends all its subscriptions.
• If an account has no active subscription and nobody has signed in to it for 12 months, we delete it with all its data. We email you 30 days and again 7 days before; signing in once keeps the account.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the platform rules above. Unless an immediate stop is needed to prevent harm, we warn you by email first.

Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you sign up, the first day of the free trial.

To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract” in your account settings, or tell us by email at support@i-chat.eu or by post at Pulvermühlenweg 7, 34125 Kassel, Γερμανία. A clear statement is enough. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.

Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments we received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you. If you asked us to start the paid service before the 14 days ended (you do this with a tick box when you subscribe), you pay an amount in proportion to the paid days you used until you told us of your withdrawal. Days of the free trial are never charged.

Το i-⁠Chat εξαρτάται από πλατφόρμες και παρόχους τρίτων, μεταξύ των οποίων η Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), ο πάροχος φιλοξενίας και ο πάροχος email μας. Καταβάλλουμε προσπάθειες για την αξιόπιστη λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας, αλλά η αδιάλειπτη διαθεσιμότητα δεν είναι εγγυημένη.

Το i-⁠Chat συνδέεται με το Instagram, το WhatsApp και το Threads μέσω των επίσημων API της Meta. Η διαχειριζόμενη υποστήριξη, οι ροές εργασίας για πρακτορεία, τα αναλυτικά στοιχεία και οι αναφορές μπορεί να προσφέρονται ως ξεχωριστές επί πληρωμή λειτουργίες.

• Τις χρεώσεις των μηνυμάτων WhatsApp τις τιμολογεί απευθείας η Meta στον τρόπο πληρωμής που προσθέτετε στις δικές της ρυθμίσεις.
• Οι απαντήσεις ΤΝ χρησιμοποιούν τον πάροχο ΤΝ που συνδέετε με το δικό σας κλειδί, βάσει της δικής σας συμφωνίας με αυτόν τον πάροχο.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, and where we gave a guarantee.

For simple negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation, meaning one that makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, such as running the service and keeping your data safe. Even then, we are liable only for the typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was made; lost profit and indirect loss are covered only within that limit.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions or account blocks caused by Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads) or other platforms, which are outside our control. These limits also protect our staff and the people we work with.

If we make important changes to these terms, we email you the new version at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel your subscription before then at no cost.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is established (see the Legal Notice), excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country.

If you are a business customer, the courts at the provider’s place of business have jurisdiction, as far as the law allows.
